This website www.hantsbusinessdirectory.co.uk (the “Site”), is a website of Hampshire Enterprise Limited t/a Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Site. These Terms supplement our general terms of business and any terms of business you may have otherwise agreed with Hampshire Chamber of Commerce for specific services performed via the Site. Please read these Terms carefully. By continuing to access and use the Website you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the Terms. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our Site.

For the purposes of the Terms, “we”, “us”, “ourselves”, or “Hampshire Chamber of Commerce” shall be deemed to be the relevant entity providing access to the Site and data to you.

As this Site is provided to you without charge we reserve the right to withdraw access to the Site at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable if the Site is unavailable for any reason at any time.

Hampshire Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. ADVICE

This Site may contain links to websites operated by other people or companies. Those websites may have their own privacy policy or no privacy policy at all. We do not have any responsibility for those websites, and we provide the links solely for the convenience of our visitors.

8. REGULATION
Calls and communications with Hampshire Chamber of Commerce may be recorded to enable Hampshire Chamber of Commerce to carry out its regulatory responsibilities.

9. PROHIBITED USES

11. COMPUTER VIRUSES AND HACKING
Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to protect this Site from computer viruses, worms, and Trojan Horses (“Viruses”), we do not warrant that the Site is free from such Viruses and accept no liability for any damage that may result from the transmission of any Viruses via this Site or via any files which are available for you to download from the Site. You must not knowingly introduce Viruses to the Site.

You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. Any such action would be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (as amended) and/or other applicable laws/regulations. 15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are subject to English law, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent located in the province, state, or city (as applicable) in which the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce providing services is located, provided that the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

16. ASSIGNMENT
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction.
